Weekend Recap.
Busy women have to fit their coffee time in when they can.
And Sunday Mother's Day,
it was an early morning for just the ladies
and one sweetest tiny
for brunch and girl talk.
My momma really is a one-of-a-kind.
She usually comes bearing gifts,
but they're never wrapped, never expected, and cohesive only in their random nature.
It might be socks and a salad bag, the newest self-tanner and a step-stool, new shoes and a frozen meal.
She's unpredictable
and appreciated.
When I got home,
the excitement level was high.
A wonderful woman in our life had spent some time prepping the littles for Mother's Day,
complete with a gift for them to present to me.
Ellie even managed to keep the secret until I was making the first tear of the wrapping paper.
"It's pots!" she cheered.
They couldn't have been more thrilled about their craft for me.
And I think they're just the cutest little things...
Of course, I'm a little biased.
****
One thing I'm not biased on, however,
is a darling little ditty I've discovered.
A precious while practical accessory boutique for the ladies.
Made from recycled materials, fabrics are limited but new designs and patterns are always being uploaded. The designer is a fellow momma and created the shop as not only a means to help her family live debt free, but also as an outlet to help other mommas function fashionably while respecting their budget but placing headbands at a great price point!
Mine came in the mail right as I was slipping out the door for a shoot, and it was the perfect comfy piece to keep my hair out of my eyes and add a little cute to the outfit. I can get headaches really easily and I was impressed at how softly and securely it worked for me!

Just two fav pics of the biggers.
My girl's best friends are books.
And I love it.
Pretty sure this is the first picture I've ever gotten of this little man sleeping.
And I love it.
