We spent some time all gathered in the baby sister's room this past weekend.
At one point I actually pulled all three onto my ever diminishing lap.
They're magic medicine at this so very round 33 week point in time…
I'm not going to lie,
it's a long road for me, this beautiful, amazing gift called pregnancy.
One I'm so very,
very grateful for,
so very, very humbled by.
But at this point in time,
I'm starting to ache.
But not just physically,
I'm starting the heartache, the yearn
for this little sister girl.
We're all getting pretty excited.
It's actually a daily conversation around here.
A point in fact that I don't want to forget, actually…the questions my littles ask me about their sister, that is. Something having had all my children so close together, I've never experienced before -
the growing awareness they have that someone is soon to join the fun,
soon to find her own little niche in our us-ness.
just keep on a-grown' little sister girl...
In case you haven't seen, I've been writing over at the Kansas City Mom's Blog this pregnancy.

These are just gorgeous! Oh how I wish we lived closer so I could have you capture my little one! Xoxo!
What a beautiful nursery. I love the vintage golden book details. Where did you find that lamp?!
I love this space!!! So exciting how you prepare for your sweet baby girl. Makes me excited to get started on the details of my little lady's room!!!
