It's hard to believe it, but Ellie celebrated 12 weeks of life as a French family member on Wednesday! And what an amazing 12 weeks it has been! As the pictures show, she has grown so much! At her last weigh-in, she was about 13 pounds and 23 inches long! She is such a happy baby! Every morning, she greets us with a huge smile and an "almost" laugh! It sounds more like a squeak, but to her adoring parents, it's a true guffaw! Her newest two favorites are laying on her rainforest mat looking at all the bright colors and creatures or riding in the baby carrier with daddy. This is going to come in quite handy as tomorrow we leave for our first "family vacation"! Pictures to come, but packing today was quite an adventure! I'm a little worried about the fifty pound limit with all of our sun dresses, sun hats, flip flops and other "necessities"...Oh...and diapers too. Needless to say, we are kicking off summer in high gear!

Yay! School's out for the summer! Love the photos. She's getting SO big! Maybe the three of us can get together again after you return from your vacation?
